The Crown is an attractive Country Inn with 10 en-suite rooms. Located outside Wigan and 5 minutes from the m6 and m61. The Crown At Worthington boasts 10 newly re-designed en-suite bedrooms. Dressed in beautifully styled soft furnishings our rooms feature colour television, direct line telephone, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The following morning, sample our traditional cooked breakfast served in our relaxing conservatory breakfast room. All our meals are freshly prepared, using carefully sourced local ingredients, by our Head Chef Dominic Brennan. The Butcher's Block steak counter allows diners to see and select their steaks in the restaurant and create their ideal Steak Meal. We also have a specials board featuring fresh fish and seafood dishes to compliment the already mouth watering and busy A La Carte and Fixed Price menus. We also have a function room that has been fully refurbished that can accommodate anything from a business meeting to a conference for up to 100 people. It is also ideal for corporate social events. Our bar features 5 continually changing cask ales, 4 imported continental beers on draught, 40 wines by the glass, freshly ground Lavazza coffees, and a selection of world bottled beers.
