Alternatively, a 10 minute bus ride, or 2 stops on the Underground, will take you to Brick Lane, which encompasses markets, an extraordinary selection of Indian cuisine, Spitalfields Market and chill-out bars and restaurants - perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. London's East prides itself on its abundance of markets, Arts and non-commercial vibe.
