United Bus Company

United Buses on display at Locomotion during a vintage bus rally. Did anyone, like me, catch buses like these to school in the sixties. The United at that time used Bristol Gardeners.

Some of my friends used to drive Bristol LS's back then; engines by Gardner from L. Gardner & Sons. I see this one was used in the TV show, Heartbeat.
