I am a struggling with this one, but on a lighter note- had a customer today ( well we have quite a few as a rule) but this was a new customer so had to take a few details and I commented his accent was not local. turns out he came/comes from Troutbeck Bridge, so that was quite a number of trousers that did not get pressed for a while The Lake District was main topic of conversation. A nice distraction.
