About King's Head Hotel
A charming character hotel with friendly staff to help you enjoy your stay. Great food cooked by our talented chef Shane Slater. Sit back and enjoy a meal to remember in style. A welcome fit for a King awaits you at the King's Head Hotel, whether you choose to dine with us or stay longer, perhaps in a four-poster bedroom. The hotel is dedicated to Henry vii, the first Tudor monarch who, by defeating Richard iii at the Battle of Bosworth Field, brought the War of the Roses to an end. Our busy Laings Bar serves traditional and contemporary bar meals together with a selection of real ales and an extensive wine list. For those desiring a more secluded meal, the Oasis restaurant offers an alternative setting. It can also be booked for private functions of up to 35 people. What's so special about us? The 27 en-suite bedrooms are all tastefully furnished to a high standard. There are facilities for meetings, conferences and small wedding receptions. A lift is available.
