These small parade of shops I know doesn't look much but to people who live in Broadwater we find we hardly ever need to travel into Worthing. Car park to shops is at junction on left of this picture & behind parade, you have also parking in front of shops too. Broadwater has changed over the years but we are lucky to hardly ever have many shops empty
