We look forward to introducing you to our friendly family-run guest house and all that the wonderful city of York has to offer. Located in a quiet residential area, yet only 5 minutes walk from the historic bar walls, and 8 minutes walk from York Minster. Restaurants, bars and shopping, are all close at hand; we are in an ideal location for exploring York. We pride ourselves on offering a good service combined with value-for-money prices. All rooms are en-suite and for those that have work to do, telephone/modem sockets are available in all rooms (at reasonable rates). Copying and faxing facilities are also available and we have free wireless internet access. We have a free car park - a big bonus for an establishment so close to the city centre! After a day of sightseeing or work, you can enjoy a relaxing pre-dinner drink in our lounge bar, before heading for one of the many restaurants or bars in the city. Note: prices are generally (but not always!) cheaper from Sunday night to Thursday night. In addition, York's city centre and tourist attractions are less busy midweek.
