About The Old Deanery

The Old Deanery Hotel and Restaurant is in the heart of Ripon, North Yorkshire, and next to the Ripon Cathedral. It provides an ideal base for visiting the Yorkshire Dales, Fountains Abbey, Ripon Racecourse and Lightwater Valley. The hotel and restaurant prides itself on the luxury of its bedrooms and the contemporary atmosphere of its restaurant and bar where you can relax with cocktails before your meal. The restaurant menu is designed around local produce and the hotel breakfast will take you through the day! All our rooms are doubles and include Broadband Internet access, digital television and fresh home-made biscuits. The contemporary theme is particularly noticeable in the bathrooms as we have installed the most modern power showers available, and provide Molton Brown Shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser to give the most relaxed and pampered experience possible. Please note all rooms are non smoking. We do not serve dinner on a Sunday evening. Also Breakfast is served on a Saturday & Sunday morning from 8.30 to 9.30am.
