On the edge of the stunning Brecks, down a country lane, this rural single storey cottage adjoining owner's farmhouse sleeps 2 + 1. To relax and unwind have a swim in the heated indoor pool, have a sauna or book a massage with the owner who is a qualified Aromatherapist and Reflexologist. Farm and riverside walks along the River Wissey. Abundance of wildlife including barn owls, otters, deer. Camera in Barn Owl Box connected to T.V. in farmhouse. DVD of 2012 Barn Owls in cottage. River Fishing. Good Cycling area. Near the National Trust property Oxburgh Hall. Within easy reach of Cambridge, Sandringham and the Norfolk Coast. London only 85 mins by train from Downham Market. The Bedingfeld Arms in village serves very good meals. Golf Course 6mls. Nearest shop 3mls. Well equipped kitchen: elec. cooker, grill, microwave, fridge. Double bedroom. Hairdryer. Bathroom/W.C. with shower over bath. Sittingroom with t.v., d.v.d., radio, c.d. player, dining area. Also Jay-Bee Single Folding Bed for child/adult. Bird watching from sittingroom window. Heating, bed linen and personal towels included. Private use of owner's swimming pool for 1 hour per day available by arrangement from Easter until end of September. Private use of owner's sauna (extra charge). Laundry facilities and deep freeze in adjoining building. Garden with furniture and bbq. Ample parking. Short Breaks. A 4 night midweek break is the same price as a 3 night weekend break - call direct to discuss. Short Breaks in Low Season can be booked anytime. Bookings for Short Breaks outside Low Season can only be booked 2 weeks before commencement of holiday. Extra charge of £5 per night for use of folding bed for 1 child or adult. Folding bed maximum weight should not exceed 100kg (16stone)
