About Georgian Farmhouse

The house, set on the edge of a village has been part of the local fabric for more than 200 years. The grounds are ideally located in the countryside with direct access to the permitted walks on the Bayfield Estate. The property is also only 3 miles from the seaside village of Blakeney and a mile from the Georgian town of Holt. The Kings Head PH in Letheringsett and watermill are also a 5 minute walk away.
Accommodation includes on the ground floor: entrance hall, family kitchen with AGA, 3 reception rooms, 1 cloaks/shower and 1 bedroom. The first floor comprises 4 double bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, each with a bath and seperate shower. These beautiful rooms with high celings are elegantly and comfotably furnished. There is also a double satellite TV system with SKY to 2 of the reception rooms and broadband available as well.
