Oak beamed 15C Manor (Listed Grade II) with garden set in c. 4 acres. Comfortable, very well-equipped, immaculate. Picturesque, rural location beside Chilham Castle park in the Kent Downs Area of Outsatnding Natural Beauty. Situated also on the North Downs Way National Trail and ancient Pilgrim's Way to Canterbury (6 miles). Within c. 10 mins walk are: Kings' Wood, c. 500 Hectares/1,400 acres, where King Henry VIII hunted deer, Godmersham Park visited by Jane Austen and the world famous Tudor village of Chilham.
There are two bedrooms - one large double and one single plus a double sofabed. Luxury bathroom (installed 2011) plus separate WC on first floor; additional WC on ground floor.
Numerous facilities including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, video, DVD, stunning inglenook fireplace and garden.
