Previously known as Shangri-La Hotel,Peter and Jackie are still the owners We offer spotlessly clean and comfortable acccommodation and delicious BREAKFASTS-awarded two quality accolades by the RAC in 2005- Warm Welcome Award for hospitality, and Sparkling Diamond Award for cleanliness and attention to detail. However, the RAC are no longer involved in inspecting properties, so we are now registered with Visit Britain. We have just been inspected and are pleased to announce that we are now graded as 4Star Guest Accommodation Centrally located to enjoy all amenities and within walking distance of the beaches,footpaths,restaurants,shops and railway station. We are currently graded under the Guest Accommodation scheme, but have many of the facilities of a small hotel including a spacious dining room with separate tables for you to enjoy your breakfast, bar, and games room with full size pool table. Decking and garden to enjoy drinks or relaxation Built around the 1870's. Beaufort House retains many of its original features in the old part of the house.
