Spacious, modern, comfortable bungalow located on the edge of the golden valley, with excellent views over open countryside. Large enclosed garden with patio, gas barbeque and furniture, the perfect place to relax. Ideally situated for walking cycling and touring in beautiful rural Herefordshire.
Visit Hay-on-Wye, Black Mountains or Historic Hereford with its unique Mappa Mandi.
Local shops and pubs nearby.Well-equipped games room (Table Tennis, ¼ sized Snooker Table,).
Well behaved dog welcome.
This property comprises 4 bedrooms - 1 double en-suite, 2 twin and a single. The main bathroom has a w/c, hand basin and large shower cubicle. En-suite comprises w/c, hand basin and shower over bath. The large lounge has a gas fire and for your entertainment there is a TV, video and DVD. The games room is well equipped and has something to offer all age groups.
