London - City Hall (front view)

About City Hall, London

Little gasps go up at the sight of the great rounded glass building on the south bank of the River Thames. Whether this is dismay or pleasure is uncertain, but this is London's new City Hall. It is a striking modern building, home to the Lord Mayor, the GLA, and the London Assembly.

The public are invited to visit certain parts of the hall between Monday and Friday, and on occasional weekends.
