About Lance Cottage

De-stress in a converted hay store on a small-holding at the far end of a yard overlooking fields. Horses, geese and goats provide amusement in surrounding fields. There are modern and extensive facilities in the kitchen. Relax in the comfy lounge area in front of the wood burning stove. There is a king size bed in one bedroom and twin beds in other bedroom. A large wet room type shower room has instant hot water. The enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture catch the evening sun, and you can sit and watch the sun go down behind the trees. Plenty of parking.
The whole site is at the end of a no through road and surrounded by open Common land, ancient woodlands and fields of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Lots of space to roam. No need to worry about traffic as the postman is the only daily visitor.
The propery is all on one level with double doors to enter property and internal doors wide enough for wheel chairs. It is ideal for the less mobile and their family or carers.
There is an indoor heated swimming pool available from Easter to November.
