Crimdon Dene offer for the comfort of all their guests a strictly 100% Non-Smoking policy. We are situated in a tree lined road in a quiet area of Torquay, although still one of the closest to the The Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre, the Beach, Torre Abbey, and Gardens, The Harbour, Marina, Shopping centre and Torquay Railway Station, all being just a stroll away and within easy walking distance. We are the longest established Non-Smoking guest accommodation in Falkland Road. A recently up graded Quality 4 Star establishment, offering a very good standard of service, with a friendly warm home from home atmosphere, all our rooms have recently been refurbished to a good standard, some ground floor rooms are available, we offer an excellent substantial breakfast, which has earned us many compliments and brought guests returning time and again, this all adds up to a great stay at the Crimdon Dene.
