Luxury equipped modern ground floor garden annex situated on the edge of the friendly and pretty village of Ringmore, near Bigbury. The annex is fully self-contained with central heating and UPVC double-glazing. The accommodation has a private area of garden with wonderful views across open countryside and down to the sea at Burgh Island. Within easy reach of the beaches at Aymer Cove, Challaborough and Bigbury-on-sea. Private off road parking inside gated courtyard.
Ringmore is an active village with thatched cottages, old church and XIII century pub serving food. There are many local walks down old smugglers tracks and along the South West coastal path.
Dartmoor, Plymouth and Exeter are close by and there are several golf courses within a short distance.
B&B available in main house for upto 2 couples. Daily rates.
Short breaks available during off-season in annex.
Ground floor accommodation offers; 1 master double bedroom with walk in shower in fully equipped en suite shower room, 1 twin room, fully modernised bathroom with shower over bath, WC, washbasin. Separate lounge with flat screen TV, . Separate sitting and dining room in conservatory with sea view. Separate fully equipped kitchen.
