About Aphrodites Themed Lodge

A selection of unique themed suites of the highest quality. The lodge has an outdoor heated swimming pool. This location is ideal for visiting the many famous attractions of the Lake District. We are ideally situated. Just a short walk down Longtail Hill you will find the lake and the marina where there are lovely views and a bistro bar. There are also several excellent restaurants within five minutes walk from the Lodge. A few minutes more will take you to Bowness Bay where you can take a cruise or hire a selection of small boats. In Bowness village there are many restaurants, shops, public houses, a cinema, a theatre and other attractions. An all-weather leisure environment, Parklands Country Club has something for everyone. The club incorporates a swimming pool with children's area, spa bath, sauna, steam room and jet showers. There is a badminton court, squash court and gymnasium. On the first floor is a comprehensive club lounge and bar, two full size snooker tables, solarium and viewing galleries overlooking the badminton and squash courts and the swimming pool.
