About Elements'
Welcome to elements - a new kind of break. Superb rooms, excellent facilities, an exemplary all day menu and a style in a league of its own. A newly refurbished hotel, bar, restaurant & gym. Set in beautiful grounds on the cliffs between Bude and Widemouth Bay, elements embraces some of the finest coastline in the country. Complimentary for our guests is the use of the health and fitness rooms comprising multi-gym, cross trainer, cycle, rowing machine, sauna and solarium. There's a purpose built surfboard store and drying room for your surfing/walking gear and storage for bikes, kite-surfing rig etc. We have a number of foam surfboards for guests. If you fancy learning to surf, lessons can be arranged for you under the expert tuition of a former European champion. So relax and enjoy all this whilst overlooking fantastic coastal and countryside views. With all this and more, you can't afford to miss out on elements, the ONLY place to stay in North Cornwall.
