Rookery Hall is set in 38 acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside and yet conveniently located close to the M6. The Hall was built in 1816 and today is a fully refurbished elegant country house mansion. As you pass through the wrought iron gates beside the lodge, and sweep down the long drive between the lawns, to the house set in 38 acres of gardens, wooded parkland and meadows bordered by the River Weaver. The Rookery Hall Hotel bears more than a passing resemblance to a French chateau, but the genuine northern welcome you receive will soon dispel any misconceptions. You'll be charmed by the enthusiastic hospitality you're offered, which will set the tone for your entire stay and create an atmosphere that will quickly make you feel completely at home. In fact, with its mellow sandstone walls, polished mahogany panelling, ornamental ceilings, deep-buttoned leather, sumptuous sofas, rich brocades and stained glass; the very fabric of the building radiates warmth and comfort.
