The façade and elegantly proportioned interiors have been carefully preserved, while still allowing the hotel to offer all of the modern services which discerning travellers now demand. All of the hotel's 103 non-smoking bedrooms have private en suite facilities with either a bath, shower or a bath and shower, handbasin and WC. There is a table d'hote menu, an elaborate and yet modestly priced a la carte menu, an entirely separate vegetarian menu and for younger visitors a children's menu. Although the restaurant can seat 85 people, it is divided into 3 separate areas, thereby creating a more intimate atmosphere.
