Pictures of Ely Cathedral![]() Picture by Ian Dinmore © Submitted by Ian Dinmore(12th February 2009)Ely Cathedral from the King's Walk Set upon the mount that is known as the Isle of Ely, the Cathedral is dominant for miles around and can be seen above the flat and endless Fens. Not for nothing is this wonderful building called the ship of the Fens. It sails with it's lantern as a guide at night and an attraction to the many tourists that visit the area. A picture of: Ely Cathedral, Ely, Cambridgeshire Photograph taken with a Canon Canon EOS 40D ( Focal length: 28 mm, Aperture: f 19.9, ISO: 400 ) This picture also appears in the following picture tours: More pictures by this user user contact user profile use picture in website or blog Image ID: 1082643Image size: 640 x 476 pixels Comment by Sue .(12th February 2009)What a lovely little picture.
