I visited Audley End house twice recently and   hope you will take  alook at my photos, some of which came out very well. If you're interested in cathedrals I have lots of photos of them as well. My most recent visit was to Exeter on 21st  August.

Very nice, Stephen.  I'm guessing you're new to the forum.  Welcome aboard.  Here's my favorite of you're Audley End pics:

Very nicely captured.  An odd name though, do you know why it's called Audley End?

Thanks Ruth I've been in the forum for some time.   The estate used to be owned by a Thomas Audley, hence the name !

Yes, I have visited  17 of the  26 Cathedrals of England, that is to say those that are medieval.  I doubt I will ever visit them all but have visted the finest, some of those more than once.

Hello Stephen, this isn't Audley House but it's beautiful all the same!

Thanks Diana.  This is a better one of Gloucester cathedral  I think.  It's a  tighter crop  without the open window.
