About Roxburghe Hotel And Golf Course
We are delighted to introduce you to The Roxburghe Hotel & Golf Course. Fine accommodation, thoughtful, friendly service and great value. The Roxburghe was converted by its owners, the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe, into one of Scotland's finest country house hotels, and have established the Roxburghe Golf Course as the 5th top inland golf course in Scotland. Set amongst mature woodland and rolling parkland on the banks of the River Teviot, this 22 bedroom hotel (some of which are four poster) were all individually designed by the Duchess herself. With its warm and friendly atmosphere, the Dining Room reflects the hotels position at the source of some of the finest fish, meat and game - salmon and trout from the waters of the Tweed, or grouse, pheasant and venison from the Estate - complimented with wines from the Duke's own cellar. Fine whiskys are served in the Library Bar, with its log fire and leather bound books and the Drawing Room is the perfect place to relax. There are a variety of leisure facilities, including the Health and Beauty Suite, the Roxburghe Championship Golf Course, Shooting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Fly Fishing, etc.
