The Queens is a landmark hotel in central Leeds, ideal for business or leisure, very close to the shops, clubs and bars. Easily accessible from the M1, M62 and A1, there is on-site parking for 70 cars (charges apply and no guarantee). The Queens is the most famous hotel in Leeds city centre. Opened as a hotel in 1937, this historic property occupies a prime position on City Square, next to Leeds Train Station and within walking distance of the city centre attractions. The Queens has recently completed a 2 year, 10 million pound refurbishment. This has seen all 200+ bedrooms completely refurbished, as well as adding full air conditioning to all rooms. The spacious bedrooms span eight floors, with many offering fantastic views across the city. Choose from a collection of Standard or Premium rooms and sample all of the comforts and facilities that you would expect of a four-star luxury hotel. Also now available at the hotel are 2 hours of free internet access. All guests staying at The Queens Hotel now have free access to LA Fitness (approximately 6 minutes walk from the hotel), which includes a gym, pool, LA Spin, sauna, steam room and spa. Other facilities include the Cafe Bar, beauty, alternative treatments and sunbeds. Charges apply for these. Please note that the LA Fitness is only available to guests 18 years and older. Shopping in Leeds is better than anywhere else.
