A picture of Steyning

This picture was one of two found in an old album that came over from England with my Great-Grandmother Lillian Perry. It was labled Streets in Steyning. I would like some help dating the picture if possible.

Donna, now this is nostalgia. It looks like since there are no cars on the road, I'm thinking late 1800's maybe early 1900's. The first automobile wasn't invented until 1912 here in America anyway.
