It has a quiet position with a garden outlook. It is well placed to walk to the riverside park ,country pubs and riverside bistro restauarant..
It is an ideal base for relaxing and for exploring the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle.

It has 2 double bedrooms,an extra put up bed can be provided for a child in one room on request.
