MY PHOTOGRAPH SHOWS THE BRONZE STATUE OF QUEEN VICTORIA. THE QUEEN'S STATUE WAS ERECTED OUTSIDE St NICHOLAS CATHEDRAL ON THE 24th OF APRIL 1903 TO COMMEMORATE THE QUEEN'S REIGN AND THE FIVE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SHRIEVALTY OF NEWCASTLE.
