Stonor House and Deer Park

Stonor House nestles in a wooded valley in the Chiltern Hills. The picture was taken from the public footpath which skirts the Stonor deer park. Viewed from left to right, you can see the Main House (dating from 13th century), the Chapel (dating from 12th century), and the Stone Circle (possibly prehistoric, with some 17th century and 20th century alterations).
