The Northumbrian Antelope

A surprise and very welcome visitor walked into shot. This proud looking Fallow deer stuck around for a quick photo shoot before elegantly trotting off into the Northumberland countryside.

Wow, moments like that are rare! I was lucky to photograph a fox recently on the opposite hill to me, I've not uploaded him here though, whilst I have no opinion on the hunting issue, my shots were too revealing of his whereabouts and I love the fact that some things remain wild and safe
