High and Dry. Denver Sluice.

The passage from the Great Ouse across the tidal section and into Well Creek is not without problems. This boat went out at high tide and ended up on top of the sandbank. I had gone out the day before, the bank was visible then and I took the route shown in the lower picture. Thanks to a fellow boater for giving me permission to use the upper image.
