A charming, south facing, detached Victorian cottage with superb views over the Lincolnshire Wolds Rose Cottage issituated in the rural hamlet of Mavis Enderby adjacent to the village church.

A public footpath leads from the rear entrance of the cottage across a valley with a stream and lakes and onto the village of Raithby. This walk is about 25 minutes each way - the Red Lion public house is a welcome stpping off point.
A second walk from the same starting point to the village of Hagwortingham takes about 1 hour each way with the George and Dragon a good place to eat and relax before the return walk.
There is excellent walking and cycling and Rose Cottace is the perfect base from which to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds, the coast,
Lincoln and the historic market towns of Horncastte, Louth and Spilsby,
