Spalding Flower festival

The Spalding flower festival. This year was almost a non event. The flowers were late turning up, the people who were to dress the floats dissapeared and, the few that remained, worked almost all night to dress the floats. It turned out to be a fantastic show in the end, though how they did it I will never know.
