Recently built in the character of an old coach house this property offers all the modern comforts. In a private court yard in the center of the town, close to shops, restaurants, public house's and the market square. The cottage features fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, & electric oven. Lounge with leather suite, dining table and TV. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. One king bed room and one double bedroom, a bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. Central heating in all rooms. Lincoln city centre and the Cathedral Quaker http://www.visitlincoln.com/ about-lincoln/areas-of-lincoln/cathedral-quarter can be reached after 25 minutes’ drive and Cadwell Park racing circuit is within 30 minutes’ drive. Please note Free Public Parking is available close by.
