Recently built in the character of an old coach house this property offers all the modern comforts. In a private court yard in the center of the town, close to shops, restaurants, public house's and the market square. The cottage features fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, & electric oven. Lounge with leather suite, dining table and TV. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. One king bed room and one double bedroom, a bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. Central heating in all rooms. Market Rasen is at the foot of the Lincolnshire wolds (an area of outstanding natural beauty) it's racecourse is 13 minutes walk away, to find out more about our town visit The long-distance footpath, the Viking Way is approximately 15 minutes’ drive away. Lincoln city centre and the Cathedral Quaker about-lincoln/areas-of-lincoln/cathedral-quarter can be reached after 25 minutes’ drive and Cadwell Park racing circuit is within 30 minutes’ drive. Please note Free Public Parking is available close by.
