The Tudor Terrace Guest House deserves the title 'Somewhere Special' with its 4 Star Grading. Located in CLEETHORPES, an ideal base for both Business and Pleasure visitors. Very High standard of accommodation. Inspected by both the English Tourism Council and the AA and awarded the New grading of 4 Stars Accommodation. Totally No Smoking although Guests may use the Garden/Patio area. Extra large Victorian house is situated within a conservation area of Cleethorpes. Close to the seafront (40 yards). Our rooms are decorated to an extremely high standard. Ideal for both Business and Pleasure Travellers wishing to be in Cleethorpes and close to the Towns of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Areas of North East Lincolnshire. For Long Term Business Guests we may be able to offer a 'Special Rates'. Situated within Cleethorpes with its traditional seaside attractions, golden beaches and lovely gardens, the perfect location for touring the many delights of the Lincolnshire Wolds and visiting the historic cities of Lincoln and York. Superb location for the business traveller for both Ports of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Industries. The Tudor Terrace Guest House is really 'Somewhere Special' for travellers and business Guests that deserve and expect super accommodation. Great location for the Winter Gardens, Leisure Center, Boating Lake, Cromwell Banqueting Suite, Multi screen Cinema and for functions at the beachcomber. Our four course English or continental breakfast is included in the tariff and is served from 7.00am to 9.30 ish. There is a menu to choose from, so you can have as much or as little as you prefer. Both on/off street parking is available. Please pre-order any Evening Dinners. Sorry totally non smoking. A Ground Floor room has been adapted for guests with disabilities. (Please enquire). Prior notice is requested to hire our Shoprider Sovereign Mobility Electric Scooters. English Tourism Council Catogory 1 Mobility graded. So in a nutshell this is a superb place to stay.
