Langhorne Garden Hotel10-12 Langhorne Gardens, Folkestone, Kent, EnglandAbout Langhorne Garden HotelLanghorne Garden is a family-run hotel (all rooms en-suite) situated adjacent to the Leas-Folkestone clifftop promenade. Our cellar wine bar offers a wide choice of wines, real ales and lagers, featured in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2002. This family-run hotel was built in the 1870's, next to the Leas promenade, a mile-long clifftop walk with views over the Channel to France on a clear day, which has been described as the world's finest marine promenade. The hotel has 29 en-suite rooms, a lift, dining room offering traditional English cooking and a wine/cellar bar offering a selection of real ales, draught and bottled lagers, wines and bar snacks. The Langhorne is the ideal location for a visit to east Kent either on holiday or as a stop-over on your way to the continent via the Channel Tunnel or the ferries at Dover. But don't take our word for it - these are just a few of the comments from our most recent guest book: 'I must congratulate you on running a friendly and comfortable hotel. Your staff are excellent and the warmth and hospitality shown to us all was very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending the Langhorne Garden Hotel and look forward to seeing you all again' - DB (President) HCW Bowls Association - week tour x 38 ladies. 'We only stayed here one night but the room was really comfy and the food was delicious. Thanks for a great start to our holiday.' K family, Wales en-route to France. 'Just completed our seventh visit and find it as good as ever - excellent staff make this home from home.'
