About Ritz Hotel

Some things in life extend beyond ordinary experience. The Ritz, London is such a place. The Ritz today still retains the personal feel of a French country house, whilst offering all the glamour, excitement and graceful living that are synonymous with this legendary, world-famous hotel. Every room and suite at The Ritz is exquisite and designed to provide exceptional standards of comfort. All the rooms have been individually decorated in the distinctive Ritz colour schemes of blue, peach, pink and yellow, luxuriously furnished with rich fabrics, 24 carat gold leaf and beautifully restored antique furniture in keeping with the original Louis XVI style. A ratio of two staff to every guest room guarantees the highest levels of personal service. These traditional features are skilfully combined with the provision of the most modern facilities. For business travellers, the Ritz offers secretarial support, high-speed broadband internet and wireless access in all rooms, dual voltage (110V and 240V) electrical sockets in each room, direct dial and voicemail, in-room VCR machines, business trolley with printer, scanner and word processor. Complimentary facsimile machines are available on request and can be delivered to your room. The Ritz also has a fitness studio located on the seventh floor (open for hotel residents between 6:00am and 11:00pm every day). Equipment includes a multi-gym, treadmill, step machine with virtual reality viewing screen, rowing machine, dumb bells and a stretch mat. Situated in St James', the fashionable heart of London, the Ritz overlooks historic Piccadilly and Green Park, one of London's prettiest royal parks. The shops and galleries of Bond Street, Cork Street and the Burlington Arcade are all within easy walking distance, as are Christie's and Sotheby's.
