From 1994 to 1996, the hotel was completely renovated, assuring its status as a major five-star for the capital. The hotel is located in fashionable Kensington, next to Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace. Located in the heart of fashionable Kensington, with its prestigious shopping, restaurants and nightlife, the Royal Garden Hotel is quite simply London's most stylish contemporary hotel. The hotel has recently been awarded the highly coveted aa Red star status and has been voted one of the top 200 hotels in the United Kingdom. If you are looking for something a little less formal but nonetheless exclusive, then this hotel is for you. All the rooms are spacious and well furnished with views over Kensington High Street and also to Kensington Palace Mews and Gardens.
