Charming 500 year old coaching inn set in the beautiful town of Stow-on-the- Wold in the heart of the Cotswolds. Many original features, fine wines, good food and well appointed guest rooms. The Kings Arms Inn is the ideal starting point for an exploration of the Cotswolds. Situated in the Market Square of Stow-on-the-Wold, exploring the town couldn't be easier. In the past, the Kings Arms has played host to King Charles I and been the location for the BBC's 1970's TV adaptation of Thomas Hardy's 'Mayor of Casterbridge'. Today tourists and locals alike are attracted to the Inn by its friendly atmosphere and good food. Inside the Inn, you will find charming historical features, award winning food, fine wines and ales and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
