Pictures of Rye![]() Submitted by Luc Hermans ©(10th October 2005)A picture of Rye For our time is a very shadow that passeth away (Wisdom II.V) - reads the inscription on the magnificent Church clock at St. Mary's, in Rye, East Sussex. The two Quarter Boys that strike the clock every quarter hour are infact fibre-glass replicas of the originals that now reside inside the church.
