It is situated in the picturesque village of Forest Row, surrounded by the Ashdown Forest, which is part of the High Weald and classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The bar area contains an inglenook fireplace with original heavy oak beams and a real log fire, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our non-smoking bar and large dining areas offer a wide range of wines, lagers, Harveys and other local real ales. The extensive menu suits all tastes and appetites, with an emphasis on using local butchers, fishmongers and greengrocers, whose fresh seasonal supplies are also used for our homemade daily specials and desserts.
