A super, comfortable hotel set in the very centre of historic Tunbridge Wells, but on the edge of the rural common. Style and comfort coupled with convenience. Dine with us by prior arrangement or stroll to one of nearby restaurants. The hotel was built as a residence in the Victorian era and became one of the town's leading hotels in the 1920s. Set on the edge of the verdant common, it is still only a short stroll from the shops, restaurants, cafes and theatres. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in our suites (5 of which are located in the annexe next door). Because of the historical nature of the building, we regret that neither the main building or the annexe has a lift.
