Here she is! A beautiful short-eared owl....asio flammeus

Short eared owl near Broomfleet. These birds are diurnal (they hunt by day) and you'd be surprised how many you've probably missed seeing....take a look up a tree sometimes!!

Love the owl Andy ... yes I can spot her but i can see how easy it would be to miss her, she blends in with the colours of the tree.
