WELCOME to DUNES VIEW - on the SAUNTON side of BRAUNTON village facing the Dunes, of BRAUNTON BURROWS for walks; & about a miles drive from SAUNTON SANDS, (FREE PARKING PERMIT provided by DUNES VIEW owner);
The BEACH SHOP, now hires out specially built off-road wheelchairs, with big fat tyres to enable everyone to enjoy the 3 miles of golden sands and dunes, of one of the UK’s finest family beaches – instead of having to stay back at the bungalow!
BRAUNTON VILLAGE centre, is an easy level 6-700 yd walk away,, with its VISITOR INFO CENTRE/MUSEUM, and all its eateries, Inns, surf and general shops, banks, health centre,police station, & a major supermarket on the village edge.
BRAUNTON, claimed to be the largest village in England; an ideal location for exploring North Devon, the acient town of BARNSTAPLE for shopping & the Theatre. Exmoor National Park, the North Devon towns of ILFRACOMBE & it's harbour, LYNTON & LYNMOUTH and the beautiful LYNN GORGE. BIDEFORD & The famous 'TARKA TRAIL' alongside the Taw/Torridge Estuary. Where this safe & level off road cycling & walking trail starts.
This spacious just newly redecorated, detached bungalow, has good wheelchair access; a private hedge enclosed, south facing,level front garden; patio with picnic table/seating for 6 & a gas BBQ. An enclosed rear garden, (where pets & children can play safely). PARKING for 2 cars on own off-road driveway.

JUNE 2011:NEWLY REFITTED FULLY EQUIPPED & FITTED KITCHEN, with ALL NEW DISHWASHER, FRIGE FREEZER, MICROWAVE,WASHING M/C, NEW tables & seating for 4. LCD TV. Looking out onto SPACIOUS HEDGE ENCLOSED FRONT GARDEN, and SAUNTON DUNES.
Adjacent SECURE STOREROOM for cycles, surfboards, wetsuits etc. or additional seating area for children.
Maximum of 2 Pets: by prior arrangement with the owner @ £30 pw each.
