This is a large, very comfortable, self-contained, first floor apartment with rear access to the patio/garden featuring a large pond and waterfall, and set in a scenic hamlet on the edge of the Peak District, in the heart of a beautiful walking area. See outstanding views of five counties from the Fabrick Rock just ½ mile away.
Within easy reach of Matlock (6 miles away) and the picturesque market towns of Bakewell (12 miles) and Chesterfield (6 miles).
Excellent variety of local pubs and restaurants serving lunches and evening meals.
