Today ( 4/10/12) someone came into the shop and saw my pic of the week on the counter ( a Beatrix Potter shot) and started talking about the Lake District and just happened to mention that a friend had a pub up that way - only the "King's Arms Hawkshead " !!!!!!!!. Not sure if it is present owners or someone who had it in the past, whatever, small world syndrome strikes again.
I remember going in here a few years ago with a few of the lads, very nice pub
