About The Coach House

Beautiful coach house to rural manor set in lovely grounds of many acres, approached by own drive with parking on cobbles surrounded by spacious garden. The house has full central heating, with large modern Schreiber kitchen with archway to dining room and sun room. There is a large games room with table tennis and piano. The sitting room has a log fire.

Situated 3 miles from the Cathedral city of Truro with excellent shops and theatre. The Coach House is approached by half mile private drive, offering complete seclusion. 7 miles to both coasts, tennis court available. The location is particularly well suited to touring.
An extra 15% deposit is required in addition to the 10% taken when booking online.
The Coach House offers 1 double, 2 twin (one of which is a through bedroom) 1 single bedded room, bathroom with shower over bath, comfortable sitting room, well equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 shower room & WC downstairs. games & sunroom. Large gardens and tennis court
