Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes is a small privately owned family concern.The 12 detached brick built bungalows nestle in a delightfully sheltered wooded valley just 3 miles from Liskeard. Set in 3 acres of private grounds.Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes have the advantage of the peace and natural beauty of the Cornish countryside in an informal relaxing rural site whilst being no great distance from beaches, fishing villages and inland places of interest.Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes is an ideal touring base for both coasts and moors of Cornwall and Devon. Visit the quaint fishing villages of Looe, Polperro and Fowey on the South coast with Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Issac, Padstow and bustling Newquay on the North coast. Sandy beaches can be found at Looe, Tallards Bay and Whitsands Bay on the south and on the north coast Newquay and Bude. For those simply wanting to relax ther are plenty of beautiful walks on the moors and along coastal paths. Or what better than to relax in our mature gardens with a barbecue outside your holiday home.
The bungalows have a comfortable lounge/diner with colour digital tv & fully fitted kitchenette with microwave and hallway to bathroom and W.C. There are two bedroom, one with double bed and the other is twin with 2'6' singles. There is ample parking at the front door of each bungalow.
Highchairs and cots are available on request.
There is a laundry and payphone on site.
We have a games barn which provides a pool table, football table, table tennis and darts. A selection of outdoor games are available and a childrens play area with swings, slide etc.
For the more energetic holiday maker we are only 3 miles from LUX PARK leisure centre which has some of the finest indoor sports facilities in Cornwall including swimming pool, health suite and gym.
Well behaved pets are welcome, dogs must be kept on a lead, at no extra cost.

Parking is available at the front door of each bungalow.

Some bungalows have a couple of steps into the bungalow but we do have some with level access. Please request any special needs.
