About Comfort Inn, Reading

The Comfort Inn, Reading is a Victorian hotel with character, bar and restaurant, located one mile from the city centre, within walking distance of the university and Royal Berkshire Hospital. A privately owned and managed hotel, built in the 1890s, it is centrally located by the Oracle shopping centre and Reading business parks, with Thames Valley and Green Park close by. Many rooms have been recently refurbished, offering modern facilities. The restaurant and lounge bar offer a friendly atmosphere and quality food and service. Comfort Inn offer special event weekends such as murder mystery events and wine tasting. Contact hotel for full list of coming events. There is free Wi-Fi internet (selected areas). Guests can also use their lap tops in their rooms through the telephone line. There is ample free parking and air conditioning is available on request. Comfort Inn will be open at Christmas on a room only basis. The restaurant and bar will be closed.
