The Road Less Travelled

I have always maintained that the charm of England's countryside can best be appreciated on the smaller roads and pathways which are spread across the rural landscape. As one travels down these roads there is a sense of anticipation that something special, even magical lurks round the next bend; something to make the heart soar;something to help one forget, if only for a moment, all of life's cares. The pictures on this tour say it all.
